32a74949cc [vendor][s]: remove deps-min.js and explicitly linked to required vendor libraries. 
* Why: it is then explicitly clear in demos what vendor libs are needed and make its easier to use those demos as a template for integration elsewhere.

48dcdd31b0 [#14,refactor][s]: move (data table) menu out of html and into DataTable view. 
* Also rename element class to data-table-menu for greater specificity
* Allows us to get rid of a nastiness (DataTable view was binding to events outside of itself) -- and another step to making the Explorer completely autonomous and non-dependent on HTML.

c8c6ca3da0 [#14,refactor][s]: move all mustache templates used by util that are still in demo.html into util.js templates hash. 
* This is important as it makes the app standalone and not depdendent on specific html (we plan for explorer to embed in different html frontends).
