5de8ace421 [setup][s]-setup code formatting with prettier 
- add husky and lint-stages for pre-commit hooks
 - format entire codebase using `yarn format`

b477a3aace [setup][m]: created basis for mocks and config module. 
- Added minimal mock for 'package_search' CKAN API.
- 'config' module is based on frontend-v2.
