Rufus Pollock 23b32dff1c [#128,backend/memory,misc][l]: commence major backend refactor by converting recline.Backend.Memory to module and splitting existing code into BackboneSyncer and DataWrapper.
* Lots of other changes to having passing tests (note some actual functionality is likely a little broken esp around state serialization and the app)
