How to generate and export this book:
- Go to booki.cc and log in.
- Visit your dashboard and press import book.
- Select "Booktype book" option and use http://okfn.booktype.pro/spending-data-handbook/ for the URL; then import.
- Go to the book and publish it.
- Pick up the output from http://objavi.booki.cc/tmp/?C=M;O=D
- Replace all updated files, esp. body.html
- Open in a Chrome with experimental WebKit features (cf http://bookjs.net/).
- Print :)
